Talo · Temporal Dynamics

Recruiting operations where agents prove what they know before they act.

Talo is a multi-agent recruiting operations system. Its agents search, review, shortlist and prepare outreach — and before every sensitive step, they verify the integrity of the memory they are about to rely on. If that memory was changed outside the approved flow, the agent does not continue.

Status: controlled demo · private access

The problem

Recruiting workflows run on operational memory: candidate records, screening criteria, approved instructions, prior decisions. When AI agents act on that memory, a silent change — an edited candidate note, an altered criterion, a tampered instruction — becomes an action taken on false grounds. Logs can explain it afterwards. That is too late.

How Talo applies the verification pattern

Talo runs the same integrity-before-action discipline demonstrated publicly by Verifiable Memory MCP:

1Before acting, the agent verifies the memory it is about to use.
2Sensitive steps pause for explicit owner approval.
3If integrity fails, the agent stops — and the stop itself becomes evidence.
4Every run leaves a portable evidence trail that can be checked independently.

What runs today

Governed agent crew

Sourcing, screening, fit-scoring and outreach agents under a single orchestrator with explicit contracts and human approval gates.

Integrity-aware execution

Memory verified before action; unauthorized changes trigger a stop instead of a blind continuation.

Portable evidence

Run records exported in an evidence format that has been tested for byte-level compatibility with the public verifier.

Private demo access — restricted. Talo operates as a controlled demo with real workflows and synthetic or consented data. Access to the operating environment is restricted and granted per engagement.
